Italy here we come! Italy was the inspiration for Seea's newest 2015 collection and so we thought there was no better place to shoot our next lookbook than in designer Amanda Chinchelli’s home country and amongst the iconic sights of the Italian Riviera and city of Florence.
“I just had my first child and was unable to go back home for 2 years. I was really homesick, so this season I wanted to celebrate my roots and the beauty of my country,” says Amanda.

For March and April I had fun with a brighter palette, geometric repeats and of course lots of stripes, dreaming of taking my daughter for a “pedalo’ ride” in the warm Mediterranean Sea.”

Jenayl may have been a later bloomer to surfing, but her natural talent is well beyond her years. In our interview with her she talks more about growing up in a firefighting family and being a passionate student of the world. Italian director Luca Merli will be joining Seea in Italy to document the trip. Luca shares his love for Italy's surf history in his newest film, Peninsula shot entirely on 35mm, 16mm and super 8 film. See the Italian coastline in all its beauty in the trailer below.

Giovanni is a filmmaker at Block10 productions, was editor/cinematographer for Peninsula and is world's best secretary.
