Elemental Reflections explores the interconnectedness of all that exists: a reminder that we are a part, and not separate, of nature.
Shot on location in Mo’orea by videographer Rachel Moore, we follow local woman Poeiti Yule who guides us through the stunning landscape of her Island home, from the mountains to the ocean, as she reflects and meditates on the inherited calling to answer to a deep and revered coexistence.
The Earth is my body. The Water is my blood. The Wind is my breath. Fire is my spirit. Nature speaks a hidden language: a sacred bond that became our legacy. Passed down generations, through legends and chants. I bow down to you, Mother Nature. Teach me to stand tall, but yet to remain grounded as a tree. Resilient, and still as a mountain. To find balance - as above, so below. I long to be a better companion to the whole of creation. Diving deeper, into your wise ocean... only to be reminded that the answer is within.
